Hall of Fame Weekend Honors Youth Football
With a "Salute to Youth Football", more than 100 supporters of youth and high school football were invited to take part in induction festivities August 2-5 at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, in Canton, Ohio. The group included 25 former NFL players who have now dedicated their lives to coaching youth and high school football. Also included were representatives from the nations largest youth organizations.

This year the theme is the future, honoring the men and women who coach and administer youth and high school football. "High school and youth football are the foundations of our game." NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue (pictured front left) says. "This special weekend is designed to salute those coaches and administrators who are developing that foundation and inspiring young people to excel both on and off the field."
